Power training

Power-training1From the last tournament I realized that I had enough height in but I had the thinnest body compared to the other tour pros.

After I had a discussion with my personal trainer Mr Kevin Yamazaki, we have come to a decision that I need a bigger body.

We have started weight training, and my goal for two months time is to gain 10kgs of muscle.
