Canoe training

Canoe-trainingToday I did some canoe training in the canal.
This is to train my upper body.

It is really nice to train outside on a nice day like this, but there is one problem.

This water I’m training on is close to the sea, and I was told that bull sharks live in this water.

Some sharks get lost trying to get back to the sea, and ends up getting stuck in the canal area.

I don’t recommend swimming in this water…

Helicopter!!

Helicopter2Today while I was practicing, a helicopter landed at the golf course.

In Australia, some of the really rich people arrive and leave the golf course in a helicopter.
It’s something you can never imagine in Japan!

Someday I am going to buy a helicopter so I can go anywhere.

Yum Cha!

YumCha2Went to a Yum Cha restaurant that opened recently for lunch today!

I was so surprised to how good it was, probably one of the best I’ve ever eaten!

I have never tasted anything like this in Japan too!

However, what I loved more were these calamari!

It was so good I couldn’t resist ordering another one!

School started again!

School started againToday was the first day back to school from our winter holidays!

I drove to school for the first time in a while.
I was quite nervous first but then got used to it.

Luckily the traffic wasn’t too busy today!

Tofu Hamburger

Tofu HamburgerI had tofu hamburger for lunch today!
4 hamburgers…that is a lot!

I like normal meat hamburgers better, but they contain a lot of fat, which would make me chubby.

To make a fit body, I decided to eat tofu hamburgers which would have way less fat.

And of course, a protein shake after the meal!

It’s easy to become fat, but gaining weight while keeping my body fat low is a hard thing!
