After another delay due to fog, I was only able to hit my tee shot on the first hole before they blew the siren again..
We will be resuming play at 6.45am if the course is playable!!
They might also make it a 3-day tournament…
Today, 2 cyclones hit Australia.
One of them is cyclone Lam which is a category 4 that has hit the Northern Territory.
The other one is cyclone Marcia which is a category 5 that has hit Queensland!
Apparently the wind gusts at the core of this cyclone is around 280kph!
Fortunately it isn’t going to hit our house directly on the Gold Coast, but the weather is still extremely windy and rainy.
The tournament I am currently playing, the QLD PGA Championship is currently suspended due to extreme weather!
My 12.30pm tee time got pushed back to 3.30pm, so it looks like I will be playing early morning tomorrow…
My thoughts go out to the people who have to evacuate from this devastating storm. Hopefully there are no life threatening accidents!
Today I played a Monday pre-qualifier for the QLD PGA Championship.
I had my 4th hole in one today!
My last hole in one was 10 years ago when I was 8 years old!
Anyway, I shot under-par today so it looks like I will be playing from Thursday.”
Today after practice I took my dogs for a walk on the golf course.
When they were sitting, I was able to take this photograph!
Maybe photography should be my profession..
However, the dog on the right (Crème) was unable to walk until yesterday because he hurt his lower spine.
A few days ago, while he was running, he suddenly collapsed and started yelping.
We immediately took him to the Vet and they said he got a “ぎっくり-こし”!!
I didn’t know dogs can get it as well…but he did seem to be in a lot of pain!
Fortunately now he is slowly recovering and can walk + jump with ease!!
