After I played the QLD PGA Championships, I got straight back into my daily training routine.
I have been doing some workouts to prepare for the upcoming events in April, where the first event will be held in Papua New Guinea!
After a few months off training to travel and play tournaments, my body still does feel out of shape but hopefully can get my fitness levels back to where it was within these few weeks!
This evening I went out to eat at the nigh markets!
I was amazed by the overwhelming amount of people and food stalls there were in this place!
They had so many different types of food stalls like; Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, Mexican and so on!
For dinner I had Chicken Paella and Calamari!
They also had various gift shops and Dessert stalls, which I ended up eating a Giant Pretzel for dessert.
Definitely a place where I want to go back again!
Yesterday was day 2 of the Coca-Cola QLD PGA Championship.
Again…I had another struggling week, not being able to make the cut.
My golf currently feels very inconsistent so I will have a lot of practice and training to do to get my form back before my next few events in April.
Playing these last three events gave me a really good idea of what I need to improve, so I am looking forward to getting back into practice and preparing for the upcoming events!
Thank you very much to everyone who gave me support!
After another struggling week,
I decided to have a break and go to the world famous ‘Shotover Jet’!
This is one of NZ’s most famous attraction, where you go on a high powered boat with a professional driver and drive through a narrow river at a max speed of nearly 90kph, and also do 360° spins!
It was probably the most amazing experience I have ever had at an attraction and definitely the most thrilling!
Definitely recommend this to anyone who comes to Queenstown!
For dinner I had Venison Teppanyaki!
It was my first time but to be honest…I couldn’t see what was so great about it….
I am travelling back to Gold Coast today, and will be going to Toowoomba tomorrow for the QLD PGA Championship which starts on Thursday.
Although I am a little tired after travelling for these back to back tournaments, I will have to recover quickly so I can give my absolute best in the upcoming event!
